Totally! I feel like it's so, so, so NORMAL to do something "for the good of the company" that will have absolutely no material benefit to you... Western corporate culture has done an *incredible* job making most of us feel like that is some inherent higher good in and of itself.
Boy, did this speak to me! At various jobs, it has felt like I'm the only one who can see toxic productivity (and toxic positivity) for what it is.
